Redesigning the Cellcard Experience

Cellcard is the first and one of the three biggest Telecom companies in Cambodia and the only Cambodian's own. I led the redesign of Cellcard App experience resulting in 57% active monthly users growth, and a well over 30% conversion rate.

Tesdopi 2.0 redesign e-learning Cambodia

Tesdopi - Design to Inspire Learning

Tesdopi is on the mission to make formal learning more engaging and fun. I led the design of Tesdopi 2.0 as a consultant helping the social enterprise to increase their revenue stream, and grow their monthly active users by well over 120% and total user base by 300% within the first 3 months of the official launch of the new design.

Case Study: Khmer Quarantine App Cambodia

Health monitoring & quarantine management 🇰🇭

My team and I won a hackathon for this project in early 2020 when the pandemic just started, and we were soon engaged by the Ministry of Post and Telecommunication (Cambodia) to develop and roll out the application.

This App provides self-monitoring, health history, and emergency contact information to get treatment as soon as possible and to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in Cambodia. The usage of the App is made mandatory by the authorities, and have help our government better manage and combat the pandemics.

Ordering Solution for Heineken

The project aims to enable Heineken to have close to real-time visibility of their distributions' performance. I was the lead designer for this project. This solution helps to

  • Expand Heineken’s distribution channels,

  • Have a close to real-time visibility of their distributions' performance

  • Optimize the turnaround time for loyalty and rewards for outlets, agents, and customers

  • Improve the ordering experience of outlets and agents and also expand their distribution network

Optimizing workflow to ensure quality and speed

JLC Sourcing and Services Ltd. is a sourcing and quality control inspection agency in Asia (Cambodia, Indonesia, Myanmar, Vietnam, Hong Kong, and Singapore). This internal tool soon enabled JLC to become a technology company, Finger Tips, rolling out this tool to help others better manage their supply chains. I led the design of this project while working at Mäd, from research, shadowing the users all the way to execute the design.
